Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute vehicle tests (road, track, laboratory, and durability testing).
- Collect and analyze test data using tools such as CANalyzer, CANoe, Vector tools, MATLAB, Python, and data acquisition systems.
- Validate vehicle systems such as:
- Powertrain (engine, transmission, EV battery systems)
- Chassis and suspension
- Braking systems
- ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)
- Infotainment and connectivity
- Electrical and electronic systems
- Identify defects and work with design and development teams to resolve issues.
- Prepare test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with automotive standards and regulations.
Required Skills
- Understanding of automotive engineering principles.
- Data analysis skills (Excel, Python, MATLAB, SQL can be valuable).
- Knowledge of vehicle communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet).
- Problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
- Familiarity with testing tools and diagnostic equipment
