Vehicle Integration – Engine

- Responsible for vehicle-level integration of engine and powertrain systems.
- Work on integration of engine, engine mounts, intake & exhaust systems, turbocharger, cooling system, fuel system, lubrication system, sensors, and engine accessories.
- Perform packaging, clearance, interface, routing, and CAD/DMU checks.
- Coordinate with Powertrain, Chassis, Body, Electrical, Thermal, Manufacturing, Quality, and Suppliers.
- Resolve fitment, clash, NVH, thermal, vibration, and assembly-related issues.
- Support prototype builds, vehicle testing, validation, engineering changes, and issue closure.
- Ensure performance, durability, safety, manufacturability, and vehicle-level requirements are achieved.
