This is a senior client-facing leadership role focused on delivering successful technology engagements while building long-term strategic partnerships.
You will combine project delivery oversight, account management, commercial ownership, and executive stakeholder engagement.
The role requires a strong understanding of how to balance client outcomes, delivery quality, account growth, and profitability.
You will work closely with senior client leaders, project managers, technical leads, and internal business teams to ensure strategic engagements remain healthy and successful.
A major focus will be identifying expansion opportunities, developing SOWs, supporting renewals, and turning evolving client needs into sustainable business opportunities.
You will also act as a trusted advisor, translating complex technology topics into clear business outcomes and recommendations.

Accountabilities
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including Directors, VPs, and C-suite executives, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
Develop a deep understanding of client objectives, business challenges, technology environments, organizational priorities, and future requirements.
Own the overall health of strategic engagements, proactively identifying risks and developing plans to strengthen retention, satisfaction, and long-term account value.
Identify and pursue account-growth opportunities, including team extensions, new services, scope expansions, technology solutions, and renewals.
Translate client needs into actionable opportunities, Statements of Work (SOWs), commercial proposals, and scope discuss
