Key Responsibilities




• Manage and administer large-scale Oracle database environments
• Perform Oracle Exadata, RAC, ASM and Data Guard administration
• Manage RMAN backup, recovery and restoration activities
• Handle database patching, upgrades and migrations
• Manage Oracle GoldenGate replication environments
• Monitor database health and performance using OEM
• Perform database performance tuning and optimization
• Plan and execute Disaster Recovery testing and activities
• Troubleshoot critical production database issues
• Handle Incident, Problem and Change Management as per ITIL processes
• Support database availability, reliability and capacity requirements
• Participate in crisis management and global production support activities
• Identify opportunities for database automation and operational improvements
