Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Respond to customer emails and correspondence within 24 hours.
Ensure high standards of service quality and first contact resolution (FCR).
Handle a set number of email cases per day, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Secondary Responsibilities




Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage challenging customer situations with professionalism and empathy.
Support initiatives to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For
Education
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in email-based support or banking operations.
Skills and Attributes
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Strong understanding of liabilities products and processes.
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and go the extra mile to resolve customer issues.
