JOB SUMMARY

The Systems Administrator will provide IT operational support to offices in India, covering ICT infrastructure, endpoint deployment and management, documentation, project coordination, and vendor management to ensure efficient and reliable IT services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Maintain and optimize all IT assets, including hardware and software,



while managing asset inventories and overseeing the complete asset lifecycle.
Triage, resolve or escalate any helpdesk or service requests raised by end-users and follow-up to ensure a satisfied resolution is provided
Configure, operate, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, WAN and LAN equipment, physical and virtual servers, backup systems, and UPS devices, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.
Maintain and monitor WAN and VPN connectivity across DP office locations to ensure stable, secure, and reliable network communications.
Manage and support IT-related facilities, including CCTV, PABX, and Door Access Control Systems, ensuring their reliability, security, and operational effectiveness.
Maintain and implement IT documentation and policies to ensure standardization, compliance, and effective IT governance across the organization
