Principal, Product Manager – B2B E-Commerce & AI Innovation
Position Summary
We are seeking a Principal, Product Manager to drive strategy, roadmap, and execution for our global B2B e-commerce platform. This role requires a customer-focused product leader who combines business acumen, technical understanding, data-driven decision making, and robust stakeholder management to deliver measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate is passionate about AI and emerging technologies and can identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data-driven insights to enhance customer experiences, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business objectives.
Lead product discovery, customer research, and market analysis to identify opportunities and prioritize investments.
Develop business cases and make data-driven prioritization decisions.




Product Delivery & Execution
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch and optimization.
Partner with Engineering, UX, Data, and Business teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Create and maintain PRDs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support Agile development practices and drive successful execution.
Customer & Data Focus
Champion customer-centric decision making through user research, analytics, and experimentation.
Define and track KPIs related to customer adoption, engagement, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
AI & Innovation
Identify and drive opportunities to leverage AI, ML, Generative AI, and intelligent automation.
Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver AI-enabled capabilities that create business value.
