Sales Executive – Field Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive property and project sales through lead generation, client meetings, site visits, follow-ups, and successful conversions. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling customers, understanding their requirements, and achieving sales targets

Salary will be provided based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up with potential customers through various channels.
Handle property sales and real estate project sales.
Conduct client meetings, field visits, and site visits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties/projects.
Explain project details, pricing, features, and benefits to customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Negotiate with customers and support the sales closure process.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into successful sales.




Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain daily lead, follow-up, and sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and customer support.

Required Skills:

Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Excellent customer handling and follow-up skills.
Comfortable with field work, site visits, and client meetings.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
Good networking and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Sales, Project Sales, or Field Sales is preferred.

Language Requirements:

Tamil – Mandatory
English – Preferred
