About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager – Payroll, Time & Attendance to lead our global Payroll and Time technology portfolio.



This role is accountable for defining and executing the technology strategy, roadmap, and operational model for Payroll and Time solutions across a complex multi-country landscape.
The successful candidate will combine deep expertise in Workday Payroll and Time with broader payroll ecosystem knowledge, and have experience managing large-scale transformation programmes, vendor-managed services, integrations, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for ensuring payroll technology enables accurate, compliant, scalable, and efficient payroll operations while supporting the broader HR transformation agenda.
Role Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and own the Payroll and Time technology strategy aligned to business objectives, workforce transformation priorities, and enterprise architecture standards.
Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap covering payroll up-to-date
