About the Role
We are seeking a Product Analyst to support the development and enhancement of Communicator Open, our API middleware platform that enables financial institutions and FinTechs to integrate with Core banking systems. This role combines analytical skills, banking domain expertise, and technical understanding of APIs to deliver creative, client-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Management to support product vision, roadmap execution, and business objectives.
Engage with clients, partners,



and internal teams to ensure requirements align with roadmap priorities.
Gather and analyze business requirements from internal or external stakeholders and banking clients.
Collaborate with SMEs to translate client business requirements into functional requirements for Open API platforms using REST APIs.
Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria; document user journeys, use cases, and functional specifications.
Create, maintain, and prioritize enhancement intake requests for the product backlog across multiple teams.
Partner with Development and Release Management to review release plans, checklists and ensure accurate stakeholder communication.
Maintain and update statuses Jira/Confluence/AHA and ensure traceability of requirements.
Validate APIs and workflows using tools like Postman; assist with functional questions and testing.
