The Business Services Business Analyst (BA) will support daily operations of North American (NA) Payroll, and contribute to projects and initiatives that align with the company’s broader business goals.



The BA will collaborate closely with their manager and coordinate activities with other business areas as needed. This role is crucial to the organization as it supports business and system processes for employee onboarding through payroll processing, which is the foundation of our billing cycle, driving over 95% of the company’s revenue.
This role supports US and Canada payroll for 100K weekly paid employees, with multiple payroll runs each week, as well as bi-weekly payroll for 5K Randstad internal associates. It covers various lines of business across different industries, including engineering, light industrial, professional and healthcare, as well as government contracts and FLSA classifications. All functions, from time capture to pay distribution, are handled in-house by department personnel.
