This is a senior-level growth opportunity for an experienced media buying leader with a proven record of scaling high-growth e-commerce and DTC brands.
You’ll own the end-to-end growth strategy across paid acquisition, funnel optimization, creative performance, and customer lifetime value.
The role combines hands-on media buying with strategic capital allocation across Meta, Google, YouTube, Amazon, TikTok, and Pinterest.
You’ll work across supplement and wellness brands, balancing aggressive growth targets with profitability, compliance, and sustainable customer economics.
As a growth architect, you’ll guide a cross-functional team while making data-driven decisions across the entire customer journey.

Accountabilities
Define and execute end-to-end growth and media scaling strategies capable of taking DTC and retail/marketplace brands from early-stage growth to seven- and eight-figure scale.
Manage and strategically allocate multi-million-dollar advertising budgets across Meta, Google, YouTube, Amazon, TikTok, Pinterest, and other paid social channels.
Take hands-on ownership of campaign structures, bidding strategies, audience targeting, agile creative testing, automated rules, and overall advertising account architecture.
Develop acquisition and retention strategies specifically suited to supplement, wellness, and DTC brands, including subscription models, trial offers, rebill funnels, and marketplace synergies.
Oversee the full customer journey from advertising and landing-page experience through offer strategy, upsells,
