One of General Mills’ key technology priorities is driving business action through connected data. Individual taking up the role would help drive modernization,



development, implementation, and maintenance of Asset Management solutions built on IBM Maximo 7.6 and Maximo Application Suite (MAS), ensuring solutions are sustainable and aligned with General Mills’ engineering and support standards. This role is estimated to be 70% analyst / support work and 30% development / technical work.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Maximo/MAS Application Ownership & Support - Provide end-to-end ownership of IBM Maximo 7.6 and Maximo Application Suite (MAS), ensuring application stability, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and seamless user experience.
Asset Management Solution Delivery - Configure, support, and enhance Maximo/MAS capabilities across asset management processes, including assets, locations, work orders, inventory, storerooms, service requests, incidents, and maintenance operations.
