We are currently seeking a Revenue Supervisor to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Revenue Supervisor at ICON, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the revenue team, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. You will play a key role in ensuring that revenue processes are efficient and compliant with company policies and accounting standards while supporting the continuous improvement of revenue operations.
What You Will Be Doing:
Supervising the revenue team in daily operations, including invoicing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) in all revenue-related activities.
Reviewing and approving revenue reports, invoices, and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, contracts, and operations, to ensure alignment on revenue-related matters.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to optimize revenue recognition and financial reporting efficiency.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue processes, ensuring that targets are met and addressing any variances.
Providing training and mentorship to revenue team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. An advanced degree or CPA qualification is a plus.
Proven experience in revenue recognition, financial reporting, or accounting, preferably within the clinical research or
