About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can independently manage and execute the company’s digital marketing activities, with robust hands-on expertise in paid advertising, lead generation, social media marketing, SEO, analytics and digital brand building.
The candidate should not be limited to planning or coordinating agencies. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in running digital advertising campaigns, analysing performance and optimising campaigns to generate measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other relevant digital platforms.
Manage campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, website traffic, conversions and remarketing.
Handle campaign setup including audience targeting, budgets, creatives, keywords, placements and bidding.
Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns to improve CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate and ROAS.
Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences,



ad copies and landing pages.
Manage monthly digital advertising budgets and ensure optimum ROI.
2. Social Media Marketing
Develop and execute social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
Plan monthly content calendars and coordinate with the creative/content team.
Monitor engagement, reach, followers and overall social media performance.
Develop campaigns and content that strengthen the company’s brand presence.
3. SEO & Website Marketing
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Coordinate website content, landing pages, blogs and other digital assets.
Monitor website traffic, rankings, conversions and user behaviour.
Identify opportunities to improve organic lead generation.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyse digital marketing performance using Google Analytics / G
