Accountabilities




Administer, maintain, and support SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver environments to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.
Maintain SAP environments hosted in public cloud platforms, supporting availability, stability, and operational performance.
Manage scheduling tools and ensure routine operational activities, jobs, and system tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Utilize SAP Solution Manager functionalities to support monitoring, administration, troubleshooting, and system management.
Coordinate with technical and infrastructure teams on planned system changes, upgrades, maintenance activities, and upcoming implementations.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot complex SAP technical infrastructure and software components.
Tune SAP platforms and underlying environments to improve availability, performance, and operational efficiency.
Conduct root cause analysis for service interrupt
