Job Summary




We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Campus Hiring) to join our Recruiting Excellence team.
Role Definition
Ensures all responsibilities within the hiring and onboarding processes are completed accurately, timely and in compliance with country-specific governmental regulations and qualified standards and practices. Recruits qualified applicants according to workforce needs, including support for Students & Graduates hiring programs, internships, campus recruitment and early talent initiatives.
Responsibilities
Placing advertisements, attending job fairs, campus recruitment events, university engagement activities, and performing other related duties to support recruitment processes.
Conducting qualitative candidate pre-screens while providing exemplary candidate experience, providing informed recommendations, and extending offers to candidates, including interns, graduates and other early talent candidates.
