Associate, PMO
The Associate, Project Management Office job assists with planning, organizing, and controlling resources/processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. Under general supervision, this job utilizes general knowledge of the project/business requirements to help manage projects for the organization.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Helps to organize project teams by assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements necessary to ensure project is successful.
Prepares estimates for the costs, resources, and time required to complete each phase of a project.
Drafts project plan and monitors progress and performance against this plan.
Creates project status updates including cost, timing, and staffing.
Assists in identifying and resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
Prepares regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.

University (Degree) Preferred
