About the Role
Enso Media is looking for a Video Editor Intern who is passionate about video editing, storytelling, and social media content.
This is a hands-on internship where you’ll get the opportunity to work on real projects and client content, learn from an experienced team, and improve your editing skills in a professional environment.
The internship will be for 3 months, with the possibility of converting into a full-time Video Editor position within 1–3 months, depending on your performance, consistency, editing skills, and ability to handle projects independently.
Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media videos
Create engaging cuts, transitions, captions, effects, and basic motion graphics
Select and add suitable B-roll, music, sound effects, and other visual elements




Follow creative briefs and editing guidelines
Understand pacing, storytelling, and audience retention
Make revisions based on feedback
Deliver projects within given deadlines
Maintain consistency and quality across all videos
Collaborate with the creative and editing team
Requirements
Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar
Good understanding of basic editing, cuts, pacing, and storytelling
Interest in social media content and short-form videos
Willingness to learn and improve
Ability to take feedback and implement it quickly
Good attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects
A portfolio, showreel, or sample edits will be an advantage
