Primary Responsibilities

Take the lead of Scrum teams as the Product Owner and provide oversight for specific applications
Represent a single voice on behalf of the end user for the demand coming into the team
Provide vision and direction to Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project. From project intake and inception to translating the business problem into Requirements/User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
Assess value, develop use Cases,



and prioritize stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value to meet business need and are aligned with project scope
Facilitate backlog management and iteration planning
Partner with Scrum Master in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release/sprint Goals
Ensure cross-team collaboration with Scrum Master and other Product Owners on scaled Agile efforts
Coordinate scheduling of all Scrum related Ceremonies (refinement sessions, demos, retrospectives, etc.)
Support Release Management
Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
Work with business and technology partners to drive size estimates for incoming features
Work with business partners to understand the problem statement/requirements driving the enhancement
