Role Description The Operations Manager – Logistics and Ecommerce is a full time remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics operations across Destinio’s online channels. This role manages daily coordination with suppliers, warehouses, and shipping partners to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and optimal stock levels.



The Operations Manager will monitor ecommerce platform performance, optimize order processing workflows, and improve packaging, shipping, and returns processes for a smooth customer experience. The role also includes analyzing operational data, tracking KPIs, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, this position supports product launches, promotions, and customer service resolutions related to logistics and ecommerce operations.
Qualifications
Strong logistics and supply chain management skills, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and coordination with shipping providers.
