Role Purpose
We are looking for an Art Lead to own the visual expression of Della Townships digital communication and translate campaign concepts into distinctive, premium visual worlds.
The role requires a strong conceptual thinker who can take a strategy, brief or creative idea and independently develop the visual direction, key visuals and design systems needed to bring it to life. The ideal candidate should be able to lead visual thinking without requiring art direction at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
Develop visual concepts and creative directions for campaigns, brand initiatives, properties and townships.
Translate creative briefs and strategic objectives into compelling visual territories.
Lead the development of key visuals and campaign look-and-feel.
Establish robust visual hierarchy, design principles and scalable design systems.
Work closely with the Creative Head Copy to translate creative platforms into cohesive visual communication.
Collaborate with copy, social, performance, SEO, video and marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Create high-quality performance marketing creatives designed for testing and optimisation.
Develop social media assets across multiple formats and platforms.
Ensure visual communication consistently reflects DT’s premium and luxury positioning.
Guide and mentor junior designers, improving the quality and efficiency of their output.
Brief and collaborate with photographers, videographers, illustrators and external production partners.
Provide visual direction during shoots and production wherever required.
Build and maintain reusable creative templates and visual systems across multiple projects.
Explore and appropriately integrate AI-assisted creative production into ideation, design and production workflows.
