Role Purpose

We are looking for a Creative Head to own Della Townships creative communication and brand storytelling across digital platforms. The role will be responsible for shaping a distinctive, premium and strategically consistent voice across campaigns, properties, townships and brand initiatives.

The ideal candidate will combine solid creative thinking with strategic understanding, translating business objectives into compelling creative platforms, campaign ideas and communication that strengthen DT’s luxury positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Develop the creative communication strategy in partnership with the Head – Digital Marketing.
Own campaign concepts, creative territories and communication platforms across digital.
Translate business and marketing objectives into strong, differentiated creative ideas.
Lead copy and content ideation across campaigns, brand initiatives and digital properties.




Develop compelling campaign propositions, taglines, headlines, scripts and long-form/short-form copy.
Establish and evolve DT’s digital Tone of Voice (TOV) across platforms and audience touchpoints.
Guide creative communication for social media, performance marketing, websites, CRM and other digital channels.
Work closely with Art, Video, Social, SEO and Performance teams to create integrated communication.
Review and approve high-value creative communication to ensure quality, consistency and strategic relevance.
Build scalable creative systems, templates and frameworks that can be applied across multiple projects and properties.
Ensure that all communication consistently reflects DT’s premium and luxury brand positioning.
Mentor and guide the creative team, encouraging stronger thinking, sharper ideas and better execution.
Partner with internal stakeholders and marketing teams to ensure creative output meets both brand and busin
