About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Lead – Acquisition & Measurement to own and scale Della Townships paid digital acquisition engine across Google, Meta, Biddable/Native, Publisher, Programmatic and other relevant performance channels.

The role will lead the Google Ads, Meta Ads and Biddable Media specialists, while maintaining solid hands-on expertise in performance marketing, media buying, optimisation and measurement.

The candidate will be responsible for driving qualified demand, improving CPQL and conversion efficiency, optimising media investments and building a robust measurement and attribution framework across the complete digital funnel.

This role requires someone who can operate at both strategic and executional levels equally comfortable discussing media strategy, campaign optimisation, tracking architecture, CRM integrations,



lead quality and actual business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Overall Performance Marketing Strategy
Own DT’s overall paid media strategy across both B2B and B2C businesses.
Develop monthly, quarterly and annual media plans aligned with business objectives and sales targets.
Plan and allocate budgets across Google, Meta, Biddable/Native, Publisher, Programmatic and other relevant performance channels.
Identify opportunities to scale, optimise or reduce investment across channels based on performance and business outcomes.
Build performance forecasts and recommend incremental media investments where justified by potential returns.
Develop channel and campaign strategies based on project, audience, geography, inventory and business objectives.
Channel & Team Management
Lead and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads and Biddable Media specialists.
Set channel-level objectives, KPIs, testing frameworks and optimisation
