Senior Social Media Manager

Role Purpose

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to own Della Townships social media strategy, content ecosystem and digital brand presence across platforms.

This role will be the primary owner of social strategy and content performance, responsible for translating brand and business objectives into a strong social proposition that drives visibility, engagement, community growth and social-led demand.

The ideal candidate should combine strategic thinking, content understanding, platform expertise and robust analytical capabilities, with the ability to identify what content the brand should create, why it should create it and how its performance should be measured and improved.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and own DT’s annual and quarterly social media strategy.
Translate brand and business objectives into clear social media priorities and content strategies.




Own the monthly social media content calendar across relevant platforms.
Define and evolve content pillars, formats, themes and recurring content properties.
Develop platform-specific strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
Brief Creative, Copy, Video and other content teams to deliver social-first communication.
Partner with the Creative Head – Copy and Art Lead / Visualizer to ensure content is distinctive, relevant and aligned with DT’s premium positioning.
Own the social content pipeline from ideation and briefing through publishing and performance analysis.
Coordinate shoots, production requirements and external creative resources wherever required.
Identify, evaluate and manage influencers and creators in line with campaign and brand objectives.
Monitor platform trends, audience behaviour, emerging formats and cultural conversations to identify opportunities for DT.
