The Role

Titan CEO is seeking an experienced AI Automation & CRM Systems Specialist to help build the systems, workflows, and automation infrastructure that will power our next stage of growth.

We are in the middle of a significant operational transformation, moving manual, fragmented processes into scalable workflows across our CRM, communications, reporting, and internal operations. We have the strategy, business context, and high-level process architecture. We are looking for an exceptional hands-on builder and executor who can translate that direction into functioning systems.

A major focus of this role will be building within Topline OS, our GoHighLevel-based CRM environment. You should bring at least 3–5 years of deep, hands-on GoHighLevel experience and be highly comfortable building complex workflows, triggers, pipelines, automations, integrations, data structures, and reporting solutions.

Equally important, you will help us build the next layer of Titan's operational infrastructure through AI agents, AI-powered workflows, connected business systems,



and intelligent automation.

This is not a role for someone who needs every technical step prescribed. We will provide the business objective, process architecture, and strategic direction, but we need someone who can connect the dots, ask smart questions, identify gaps, recommend the right technical approach, and independently execute through completion.

This is a full time independent contractor engagement anticipated to last approximately six months, with significant work already identified and the potential for the relationship to evolve as Titan continues to scale.

What You’ll Own

GoHighLevel / Topline CRM Development & Automation
A significant portion of your initial work will focus on building and optimizing Titan's Topline/GoHighLevel infrastructure across our programs and markets.
