We are looking for Civil Engineering candidates interested in building a career in property valuation and banking technical services.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct property inspections for residential, commercial, industrial and land properties.
- Take site measurements, photographs and collect relevant property documents.
- Verify building dimensions, specifications, usage and surrounding developments.
- Conduct local market enquiries and collect prevailing property rates.
- Prepare site-visit reports and coordinate with the technical team.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned inspections and reports.
- Communicate professionally with customers and bank officials.
- Travel within the assigned location and nearby areas.

Eligibility:
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Basic knowledge of building measurement and AutoCAD is preferred.




- Candidates should have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Good communication, time-management and field coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel for property inspections is essential.
