Position: Valuation Associate

Qualification: CFA /CA/MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution

Experience: 1 years (Minimum 1 years Mandatory in relevant Domain)

- Strong command over valuation methodologies including DCF, Comparable Company

Analysis, and Precedent Transactions
- Strong understanding of financial statements, business fundamentals, and value drivers

across industries
- Proven expertise in building robust and dynamic financial models
- Solid analytical mindset, ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work in a highperformance

environment
- Candidate should have managed AIF/Portfolio/Intangibles asset/True/International

valuation
- Candidate should have experience in ESOP / ESAR Valuations

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and support the team in end-to-end valuation assignments for transactions,

financial reporting, and strategic purposes
- Develop financial models, perform valuation analysis,



and scenario/sensitivity testing
- Support M&A;, private equity, and fundraising mandates through research and analytical

insights
- Prepare valuation reports, investment memoranda, presentations, and client deliverables
- Conduct industry research, benchmarking, due diligence, and transaction support
