UX Researcher Intern

What You’ll Work On

- Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and user research.
- Identify user needs, pain points, behaviors, and expectations.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative research data to identify meaningful insights.
- Create user personas, journey maps, research summaries, and other research artifacts.
- Plan and conduct usability testing for new and existing product features.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and developers to translate research insights into improvements.
- Monitor user feedback and identify opportunities to enhance product usability.
- Document research findings and present actionable recommendations to the team.

Who We’re Looking For Students interested in UX research, user behavior, psychology, product design, usability, and problem-solving. Basic knowledge of UX research methods is a plus, but curiosity, empathy, analytical thinking, communication skills, and willingness to learn are most significant.

Your mission: Understand archintX users deeply and turn their needs and feedback into meaningful product experiences.

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chengalpattu, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
