Core Technical Experience A. Process engineering of Fuel Gas, Fuel Oil, Steam, Utility Gases, Water Supply & Treatment, and Wastewater Treatment Systems, including:
- Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems
- Acid Regeneration Plants (ARP) for steel and non-ferrous industries
B. Strong exposure to selection, design, and specification of mechanical equipment, including:
- Pumps
- Heat Exchangers
- Condensers
- System design and development
- Preparation of Design Basis Reports (DBR) and Design Criteria
- Technical specifications for equipment and packages
- Bid evaluation and technical clarification
- Scrutiny and approval of vendor drawings & calculations
- Detailed engineering of water and utility systems.
Proficient in:
- Equipment and piping layout development
- Review and coordination of 3D models for equipment and piping
Process Engineering & Analysis Solid knowledge in:
- Development of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs;) with proper control philosophy
- Basic unit sizing and process calculations
- Hydraulic design of piping networks
- Pump and compressor head selection
- Exposure to piping stress analysis
Software & Tools
- Experience or working knowledge of engineering software such as:
- PIPENET (Standard Module)
- CAESAR II
- EPANET
Knowledge of hydraulic and lubrication systems considered an added advantage:
- Cooling Towers
- Compressors, Blowers, Fans
- Pressure Filters
- Tanks & Receivers
- Thickeners / Clarifiers
- Sludge Dewatering Systems
- Valves and specialized piping components
