The Valet Executive will be responsible for assisting customers at the GOEC EV Charging Station at Lulu Mall, ensuring smooth vehicle movement, customer assistance, and efficient coordination during the EV charging process.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the GOEC EV charging station.

- Receive and park customers' vehicles safely in the designated area.

- Move vehicles to and from the EV charging bays as required.

- Coordinate with the charging station/service team for vehicle charging.

- Ensure vehicles are handled carefully and safely at all times.

- Assist customers with basic information regarding the charging process.

- Maintain proper vehicle handover and key management procedures.

- Handle customer queries politely and escalate complaints to the concerned supervisor.





- Follow all company safety procedures and EV charging station guidelines.

Eligibility & Skills

- Valid driving licence is required.

- Age - 18 to 40

- Previous experience as a valet, driver, parking executive, or customer service executive is preferred.

- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

- Basic knowledge of automobiles/EVs will be an advantage.

- Responsible, punctual, and well-groomed.

- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
