- Washing and Sanitizing: Clean all plates, glasses, silverware, heavy pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and scrub kitchen floors, walls, and work surfaces to keep them inspection-ready.
- Waste Management: Collect and dispose of kitchen garbage and manage recycling bins.
- Equipment Upkeep: Maintain kitchen appliances, transport food carts, and support gas or tandoor upkeep.
- Replenishment: Supply clean cutlery, crockery, and serviceware back to the restaurant floors and banquet units. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
