Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality UI/UX designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluation to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that meet business goals and user needs.
- Ensure consistency across digital products by maintaining brand guidelines and style guides.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders through regular feedback sessions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-13 years of experience in UI/UX design or related field (product design).
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator; knowledge of front-end development principles a plus.
- Robust understanding of human-centered design approach and ability to apply it throughout the design process.
