About the Role

Uni.AiHub is seeking a User Experience Designer Intern to support user research, experience design, usability analysis, wireframing, prototyping, and the development of user-centered digital experiences.

The selected intern will work on assigned UX design tasks and projects under the guidance of the team. This opportunity is intended for candidates who want to develop practical experience in understanding user needs and designing intuitive, accessible, and effective digital experiences for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in conducting user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Analyze user feedback and research findings to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create user personas, user journeys, user flows, and information architecture.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs for digital products.
- Assist in designing intuitive and user-friendly navigation and workflows.
- Conduct basic usability testing and document findings.
- Collaborate with UI designers and developers to translate UX concepts into functional products.
- Identify usability issues and recommend improvements to enhance the overall user experience.
- Assist in creating responsive and accessible user experiences across different devices.
- Use tools such as Figma, FigJam, Adobe XD, Miro, or similar platforms.
- Maintain UX documentation, design specifications, and research findings.
- Assist in reviewing implemented features to ensure alignment with UX requirements.
- Support user experience design projects under team guidance.

Requirements

- Basic understanding of User Experience (UX) and user-centered design principles.




- Familiarity with wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and journey mapping.
- Knowledge of UX research and usability testing concepts.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, FigJam, Adobe XD, Miro, or similar tools.
- Understanding of information architecture and interaction design is preferred.
- Basic understanding of UI design principles is an advantage.
- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility principles is preferred.
- Ability to analyze user feedback and identify usability improvements.
- A portfolio or sample UX/design projects is preferred.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and empathy for users.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work on assigned UX design tasks.
