Role Description This is a full-time, on-site User Experience Designer role based in Sangli.

The User Experience

Designer will work closely with product managers, developers, and business teams to design intuitive interfaces for algorithmic trading and investment platforms. Daily responsibilities include conducting user research, understanding user journeys, and translating insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs. The role involves applying design thinking to solve complex problems, running usability tests, and iterating on designs based on feedback and data.



The designer will also help maintain design systems, ensure consistency across products, and contribute to an overall user-centered design culture.

Qualifications

- Ability to apply Design Thinking and structured problem-solving to create user-centered solutions.
- Robust skills in User Research , including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analyzing user behavior.
- Proficiency in User Experience (UX) design, including information architecture, user flows, and interaction design.
- Capability in Visual Design to produce clear, attractive, and consistent UI layouts and design assets.
- Hands-on experience with Prototyping using modern design tools to validate concepts and gather feedback.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of financial markets or a strong interest in learning about trading and investment products.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
