UA Specialist – Highbrow Interactive

Highbrow Interactive is looking for a UA Specialist to join our growth team. If you have experience in mobile user acquisition, enjoy working with data, and want to grow gaming products, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

- Run and manage user acquisition campaigns on Google, Meta, and other platforms
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CPI, ROAS, and user quality
- Test different ad creatives, audiences, and targeting strategies
- Track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
- Analyze user and campaign data to support budget and scaling decisions
- Work with Product, Data, and Creative teams to improve campaign results
- Explore new channels and strategies to increase user acquisition

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in User Acquisition, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Understanding of CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, and campaign performance
- Familiarity with Firebase, MMPs, or similar analytics tools




- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Interest in mobile gaming is a plus
