About the Role

JobPulley is seeking a User Interface Designer Intern to support the design and development of visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly digital interfaces.

The selected intern will work on assigned UI design tasks and projects under the guidance of the team. This opportunity is intended for candidates who want to develop practical experience in creating modern digital experiences for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in designing intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs.
- Translate project requirements and user needs into effective interface designs.
- Develop consistent layouts, components, typography, color schemes, and visual elements.
- Create reusable UI components and maintain design consistency across projects.
- Collaborate with developers and team members to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Conduct basic user research and analyze user feedback where required.
- Assist in improving usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
- Create responsive designs suitable for different screen sizes and devices.
- Use design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms .
- Review implemented designs and identify visual or usability inconsistencies.
- Maintain and organize design files, assets, and documentation.
- Assist with UI design projects under team guidance.

Requirements

- Basic understanding of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design principles.




- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools .
- Understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping concepts.
- Understanding of basic usability and accessibility principles is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of design systems and reusable components is an advantage.
- A portfolio or sample UI/UX design projects is preferred.
- Good creative and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work on assigned UI design tasks.
