What You'll Own

Design & Research

- Design end-to-end user journeys that turn complexity into clarity
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile
- Run user research and usability testing, and iterate fast on what you learn

Systems & Craft

- Build and maintain a design system and reusable component library
- Develop sharp interaction designs and clickable prototypes
- Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across every interface

Collaboration

- Partner with product and engineering for pixel-perfect,



fast-shipped implementation
- Present design work and articulate the "why" behind every decision to stakeholders

What You Bring

Experience

- 3-4 years of UI/UX design experience, ideally in product-based or SaaS companies
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects — and how you approach a user journey
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications, Computer Science, or a related field preferred

Skills

- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Comfortable working with AI design tools (Claude Design, Figma AI, and similar) to speed up ideation, prototyping, and iteration
- Solid grasp of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
- Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to bridge the gap with developers

- Empathetic, user-first thinker who loves clean, functional design
