- Minimum 2 years of team management/team-handling experience, with strong people management and leadership skills.

- Strong experience in reviewing tax returns, handling complex tax queries, supporting team members, and ensuring process accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of U.S. Tax professionals handling Individual Income Tax Returns.

- Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, accuracy, and compliance against defined targets.

- Review and support the preparation of U.S.

Individual Tax Returns

Forms 1040, 1040-NR, and 1040-SR

.

- Provide guidance and support to team members on complex U.S. tax-related matters.

- Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to applicable U.S. tax laws, regulations, and company processes.





- Identify errors and provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve team performance.

- Handle escalations and resolve complex tax-related issues effectively.

- Ensure timely completion of work within defined TAT, SLA, productivity, and quality standards.

- Monitor the work quality of preparers and junior team members.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, team meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

- Identify training requirements and support the development of team members.

- Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth process operations.

- Maintain a robust customer-service and compliance-first mindset.
