Were looking for a highly driven Contracts & Compliance Specialist to support our fast paced US staffing operations, working closely with onsite Contracts, Legal, and HR teams. If you have robust experience in MSA/SOW review, MSP/VMS environments, and US staffing compliance, this role is for you.

What Youll Do Review & redline MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and vendor agreements Manage contract lifecycle & compliance requirements

Work with MSP/VMS platforms (Fieldglass, etc.) Ensure onboarding & BGC compliance from a contract's perspective Collaborate with US teams across Legal, HR, and Delivery

What Were Looking For





5-10 years in contracts/compliance (US staffing preferred) Strong experience in MSA/SOW review & MSP/VMS Excellent communication skills (client-facing) Ability to work independently in US Central time zone Work hand in hand with US Contracts Team for reporting & coordination
