U.S. Sales Talent Recruiter

Location: India | Remote

Schedule: U.S. Business Hours / Central Time Alignment

Employment Type: Full-Time

This is an India-based role working U.S. Central Time hours. The expected schedule is approximately 6:30 PM–3:30 AM IST

Immediate joiners are strongly preferred. Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will receive priority consideration.

About Revenue Optics

Revenue Optics is a rapidly growing commercial growth firm serving U.S.-based B2B distributors, manufacturers, and private-equity-backed companies.

We help companies build stronger revenue engines across sales transformation, talent, pricing, and AI. Our Talent Solutions practice plays a critical role in that mission by identifying and recruiting the sales professionals and commercial leaders our clients need to accelerate growth.

We are hiring an experienced U.S. Sales Talent Recruiter based in India to help us identify, engage, assess, and place high-performing sales talent across the United States.

This is not a recruiting coordination role. We are looking for a hunter who knows how to find talent.

The Role

You will own U.S.-based recruiting searches from initial talent mapping through candidate placement. You will work directly with Revenue Optics leadership, U.S.-based hiring managers, executives, and candidates. You must be comfortable operating independently, working at speed, and proactively finding candidates who are not actively applying for jobs.

Your searches will primarily focus on revenue-producing positions including:

- Inside Sales Representatives
- SDRs and BDRs
- Account Executives
- Territory Sales Representatives
- Outside Sales Representatives
- Account Managers
- Sales Managers
- Regional Sales Managers
- Sales Directors
- Commercial and Sales Leadership

What You Will Do Hunt & Source Talent

Build targeted candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, recruiting databases, referrals, Boolean search, competitor mapping, and direct outreach.

Identify and engage passive candidates rather than relying primarily on inbound applicants.

Map competitors, industries, territories, and adjacent talent pools to uncover candidates other recruiters may miss.

Assess Sales Talent

Conduct structured candidate interviews to evaluate:

- Sales performance and track record
- New-business development capability
- Account growth experience
- Industry and product knowledge
- Territory experience
- Customer relationships
- Communication and executive presence
- Compensation expectations
- Career motivation
- Overall fit with the client and opportunity

Go beyond the resume to determine whether someone can actually perform in the role.

Own the Recruiting Process

Manage searches from kickoff through placement, including:
- Hiring-manager intake
- Talent-market research
- Candidate sourcing
- Outreach
- Screening
- Candidate presentation
- Interview coordination
- Candidate follow-up
- Offer management
- Closing
- Pipeline reporting

Maintain urgency and consistent communication throughout the process. Partner With U.S. Stakeholders

Work directly with U.S.-based executives, hiring managers, and Revenue Optics leadership.

Translate hiring-manager requirements into explicit candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.

Provide concise updates on candidate pipelines, market conditions, compensation, search challenges, and recommended actions.

Required Experience

- 3+ years of professional recruiting experience
- 2+ years recruiting for U.S.-based companies, clients, or hiring managers
- Direct experience recruiting U.S.-based sales or revenue-generating positions
- Experience working directly with U.S. stakeholders
- Strong proactive sourcing and headhunting capability
- Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search capabilities
- Experience conducting structured candidate screening interviews
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Strong follow-up, organization, and pipeline discipline

- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Experience Experience recruiting sales professionals within B2B distribution, manufacturing, industrial automation, electrical, MRO, fluid power, transportation, heavy-duty aftermarket, building products, technical sales, or other industrial markets is highly preferred.

Experience recruiting territory-based outside sales professionals and commercial leaders is particularly valuable.

U.S. Working Hours

This position requires regular alignment with U.S. business hours.

Candidates must be comfortable working substantial overlap with U.S. Central Time on a long-term basis. You will conduct candidate interviews, hiring-manager meetings, client discussions, and recruiting activities during U.S. working hours.

This schedule is a core requirement of the position.

What Success Looks Like

Success is not measured by resumes submitted.

It is measured by your ability to consistently identify and recruit candidates that hiring managers want to hire.

You will be expected to:

- Build qualified candidate pipelines quickly
- Produce strong candidate slates
- Generate high hiring-manager interview conversion
- Maintain strong candidate engagement
- Reduce time-to-fill
- Successfully close candidates
- Build reusable talent networks across priority U.S. markets
- Deliver an exceptional experience to candidates and clients

The Profile We Want You are not dependent on job postings to produce candidates.

You know how to enter a market, identify where the best people work, map competitors, build a target list, create interest, qualify candidates, and move them through a recruiting process.

You understand that a candidate having the right title does not necessarily make them the right hire. You ask good questions. You understand sales performance. You communicate confidently with senior stakeholders. You follow through. And when a search is difficult, you change the strategy rather than waiting for candidates to appear.

If you have built your career recruiting U.S. talent and want the opportunity to help build a high-performance recruiting capability serving leading U.S. companies, we want to hear from you.
