Role : US Recruiter

Location: Noida (Hybrid – 3 Weeks WFH & 1 Week WFO)

Job Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels
- Work on Pharma, Healthcare, BFSI, Engineering, IT, and Non-IT requirements for US clients
- Conduct initial screening and interview coordination
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment cycle
- Submit qualified candidates within defined timelines
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams for closures

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in US Staffing/US Recruitment
- Understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
- Strong communication and sourcing skills
- Experience working with job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to work in US shift timings
- Must have own laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection
- Comfortable working in Hybrid model

Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring across Pharma, Healthcare, BFSI, Engineering, IT, or Non-IT domains
- Experience working with direct clients/VMS requirements.
