Experience: 4+ Years | Immediate Joiners Preferred
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing
- Strong experience working with TCS, Wipro, HCL, Infosys, Cognizant or similar implementation partners
- Expertise in hiring for US-based IT requirements
- Strong knowledge of H-1B, H-4 EAD, GC, USC, EAD, CPT & OPT
- Experience with W2, C2C & 1099 hiring models
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals & Boolean search
- Valuable understanding of US time zones and recruitment processes
- Strong screening, submission, follow-up & rate negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven US staffing environment
