Conduct a Chat, calls, follow-ups, and candidate screening.
Build and maintain robust relationships with candidates and clients.
Identify, qualify, and present suitable candidates based on client requirements.
Consistently achieve recruitment and placement targets.
Must be good communicator with exceptional written/verbal English.
0.6 mths - 1+ years of experience in any field.
BPO's experienced would be preferred.
Hands on knowledge of Internet based tools.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
Ready to work at Night Shifts (06.30 PM to 03.30 AM)
Keen to learn new technologies.
Important: We are looking for a candidate who can sell and convince customers, not just make calls. Strong English communication, confidence, product-learning ability and sales-closing skills are essential
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
