Location: Chennai

Experience: 9- 12 Years

Good to Have

- Knowledge of US Unemployment Insurance
- Understanding of employee onboarding and workforce lifecycle processes
- Experience working with case management, claims processing, or compliance operations
- Experience using workflow portals and web-based applications
- Strong research, data validation, and analytical skills
- Ability to review employee records, separation details, and supporting documentation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and shared mailboxes
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and SLAs
- Exposure to Workforce Solutions or Staffing Industry operations
- Knowledge of US labor and employment regulations
- Experience with unemployment claim adjudication processes
- Exposure to process automation / RPA-enabled environments
- Knowledge of tax credit programs and workforce incentive programs
- Experience supporting audits and compliance reviews
- Experience working with third-party vendors
- Knowledge of staffing and contingent workforce programs
- Experience in shared services operations

Qualification / Certifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, Accounting or related discipline.
- FPC Certification preferred.

Desired candidate profile

- 2-5 years of experience in workforce administration, HR operations, claims administration, onboarding support,



or compliance operations.
- Experience in Staffing, Workforce Solutions, MSP, or Shared Services environments preferred.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Ability to review multiple systems and consolidate information accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive workloads and critical deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage professionally with recruiters, field offices, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

/ Roles & Responsibilities

- Monitor and process WOTC screenings and Unemployment claim notifications received through team mailboxes and vendor platforms.
- Review onboarding, employment, assignment, and separation records to validate case information.
- Access and update information across multiple systems and operational trackers.
- Validate candidate eligibility, claim details, supporting documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Investigate exceptions, incomplete records, invalid information, and outstanding documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with associates, recruiters, branch offices, and external vendors to obtain required information and resolve cases.
- Complete follow-ups, maintain case status, and ensure SLA adherence for all assigned activities.
- Prepare, upload, and manage supporting documentation for claims, appeals, hearings, and tax credit processing activities.
- Maintain accurate audit trails, trackers, reports, and case records to support compliance and governance requirements.
- Support operational excellence through timely processing, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
