Role & responsibilities :

- 3-7 years of experience in US IT & Non-IT Staffing / Business Development.
- Strong US client acquisition and relationship-building experience.
- Experience managing and mentoring recruitment teams.
- Positive knowledge of US staffing and recruitment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Target-oriented and self-driven.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to work night shifts from office.
- Develop new US clients, Direct Clients, Tier-1 & Implementation Partners.
- Identify and generate new staffing business opportunities.
- Manage client relationships and staffing requirements.
- Oversee the recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
- Lead, manage, and mentor recruiters.
- Achieve sales, placement, and revenue targets.
- Build strong client and industry relationships.
- Identify opportunities across Construction, Manufacturing, Production, Finance, Tax, Engineering & IT.
