Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to join our US Mortgage Utility Process team. The ideal candidate will handle multiple mortgage-related back-office tasks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. This role involves working with loan documents, verification processes, data entry, and interacting with US mortgage systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle utility functions across various stages of the mortgage lifecycle: origination, processing, underwriting, closing, post-closing, servicing, and foreclosure.
- Perform data entry and validation of mortgage documents such as 1003, credit reports, title, appraisal, W2s, 1099s, bank statements, etc.
- Index and review documents to ensure they are accurately categorized and uploaded to the system.
- Validate borrower information in LOS (Loan Origination Systems) and servicing platforms.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of files.
- Maintain compliance with US mortgage regulations and company policies.
- Work on tools such as Encompass, MSP, or other mortgage-related systems (training may be provided).
- Escalate discrepancies or issues to team leads or supervisors.
- Meet or exceed quality and productivity benchmarks.

Required Skills:

- Understanding of US mortgage terminology and processes (preferred).
- Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Positive communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of LOS platforms like Encompass, Calyx, or similar is an advantage.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelors degree in any stream (Commerce or Finance preferred).
