Shift: US Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Work Mode: On-site

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT professionals for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of US staffing processes, IT technologies, sourcing platforms, and US work authorization/visa categories.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT requirements.
- Understand job descriptions, technical requirements, and client expectations.
- Source qualified candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
- Use Boolean search techniques to identify suitable candidates.
- Review and shortlist resumes based on technical skills, experience, location, availability, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' technical background, communication skills, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Verify candidate work authorization and visa status, such as H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, and USC, as applicable.
- Submit qualified candidates to clients, vendors, or internal account teams.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and clients regarding interview feedback and next steps.
- Negotiate compensation/pay rates and manage candidate expectations.
- Maintain accurate candidate information, submissions, interview status, and follow-ups in the ATS/CRM.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.




- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates to management.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Strong understanding of US IT recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of common IT roles and technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Data, QA, Cloud, DevOps, etc.
- Good understanding of US visa/work authorization categories.
- Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, or similar platforms.
- Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Robust candidate engagement, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements under tight deadlines.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working in a US night shift.

Preferred Knowledge
- W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
- Direct client and implementation partner requirements.
- ATS/CRM systems such as JobDiva, Bullhorn, or similar platforms.
- US time zones and hiring practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
