Role & responsibilities

- End-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding.

- Team & Stakeholder Management: Solid experience in team handling, client/stakeholder management and coordination.

- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, including interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.

- Conduct technical and behavioral screening of candidates.

- Work with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.

- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.

- Utilize ATS/VMS tools for recruitment tracking and submissions
