NextCode Group is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Salt Lake City, Sector V, Kolkata .

If you have experience recruiting IT professionals for the US market and enjoy working in a target-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

- Source and recruit IT professionals for US-based requirements
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements
- Work with platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, and other sourcing channels
- Understand technical job descriptions and match qualified candidates
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

What We're Looking For:

✔ 6 months–1 year of US IT recruitment experience

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Basic understanding of US IT technologies and job roles

✔ Familiarity with US staffing and recruitment processes

✔ Good sourcing and candidate-screening skills

✔ Ability to work independently in a target-oriented setting
